Common terms
- Section / department — roster grouping (e.g. FoH, BoH)
- Job role — named role rows under a section
- Publish — make roster shifts visible to staff
- Open shift — published shift with no assignee yet
- Grace — minutes around roster start/end for on-time clocking
- Week lock — freeze timesheets for a branch/department week
- PWA — Rostrix installed to home screen / desktop for push
